Alpenland retirement home – Image film
Last summer, I was allowed to create an image film – more precisely a recruitment film, i.e. a film that is supposed to attract potential employees – for a German retirement home. The client was Alpenland Nursing and Retirement Home, one of the leading private operators of nursing and retirement homes in Baden Württemberg.
Personal esteem and loving care are at the heart of their corporate culture. “With heart in it!” is their motto. This is the message they wanted to convey. All professional areas that exist at Alpenland from cleaning staff to the care team, to nursing staff, property management, kitchen and administration were presented. The film shows the little moments that make employees happy in their everyday work at the retirement home to relay the message “The greatest happiness is the sum of small things”.
It was a fantastic project with great people. The film was also very well received by the client, but read it yourself:
“Every time we watch the film, we get goosebumps again. We owe this fantastic experience to your incredible work, dear Kirstin. Thanks to your extensive know-how and your unique experience in the emotional visual language, you succeed in capturing the magical atmosphere and all the emotions in the film.
In addition to your friendly and loving nature, you can score points with your flexibility and speed and manage to inspire the entire ALPENLAND team with your good mood and bring a smile to the faces of our residents.
Working with you was extremely pleasant and characterised by a high level of professionalism. Our expectations were exceeded in every respect, and we are already looking forward to further great joint projects with you”, Justine Bader (Head of Marketing & Public Relations).
The image film was shown in cinemas and was placed on their career website. In cooperation with Rock the Public. You can find How it looked like during the shooting here on my blog.
