Describing yourself is always a challenge… it feels strange to try to see yourself from an outside perspective. I would say I am an adventurous person; a dreamer but someone who is honest, and sensitive in both my personal life and my work. I have been described as unconventional, intelligent and with a keen eye. I like to completely immerse myself whilst I’m working, to observe and let the work speak for itself, for the images to tell the stories I witness in real life. I see myself as an analogue-digital converter who can capture an individual moment and turn it into a vivid image. My focus has always been on conceptual design, photography and film.
In terms of my work experience and education, I’ve been lucky enough to study in various places: I was at the Arts University at Bournemouth, UK, for a year, and then went on to study for a BA in Design at Goldsmiths University of London. I worked as a designer for a year at Lonelyleap, a film production company in Greenwich, London, and in 2017 I completed my masters in Intermedia at the FHV in Dornbirn. Throughout my masters degree, I worked as a designer at Metis and as a photographer and designer at Lech Zürs Tourism. After another year as an employed photographer and filmmaker at the photo studio Weissengruber & Partner in Bregenz, I started my own photography and film business, which is where I am today.
